We proudly ship throughout most of the continental United States via UPS, FedEx, or the US Postal Service and offer a variety of shipping options during checkout.

SHIPPING AVAILABILITY

We only offer shipping to addresses within the United States.

Orders shipping to PO Boxes are always shipped via the US Postal Service (USPS). All standard shipping and service rates apply.
Orders shipping to military addresses are always shipped via the US Postal Service (USPS). APO/FPO packages can only be shipped via First Class or Priority Mail. All standard shipping and service rates apply.

SHIPPING PROCESS

Orders for non-prescription items placed before 11AM PST will be processed the same business day. Orders received after 11AM PST are subject for processing the following business day.

Orders for prescription items will be processed once the prescription is received.

Tracking information will be sent to the email and/or phone number provided during checkout as soon as its established through the shipping carrier.

SPECIAL SHIPPING CIRCUMSTANCES

Signature Confirmation: For safety and security, we may automatically include Signature Confirmation on all orders of $600 or more. In most cases we can also include signature confirmation, on request, for orders under $600.

Battery Packs: Due to Federal Regulations lithium ion battery packs cannot be shipped via air unless they are contained within a device, like a CPAP machine, nebulizer or oxygen concentrator.

SHIPPING CARRIER DETAILS

United States Postal Service (USPS) offers deliveries at all service levels 6 days a week (M-S). Delivery on Sundays is not generally available; however during the November-December holiday season USPS does offer some package delivery service in major cities and high volume areas

United Parcel Service (UPS) shipping is available to most physical, street addresses within the United States. UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes. Shipping charges vary and are displayed during checkout.

UPS calculates package transit times based on a 5-day shipping week. Therefore a package shipped on Friday via 3 Day Select will be delivered on Wednesday and a package shipped on Friday via Next Day Air will be delivered on Monday. Please take this into account when making your shipping decisions.

UPS Next Day Air shipping options are available to Hawaii and Alaska; however true "next day air" delivery IS NOT guaranteed to all locations. If your order is destined for Alaska or Hawaii and you want to confirm that your location qualifies for the UPS Next Day Air delivery guarantee please contact us prior placing your order.
