Subscription Services FAQ's
How do I manage my subscription?
You must log in to your cpapnation.com account to view your subscriptions. When logged in to your account, you can view and manage your subscriptions from the Subscriptions tab.
From the Subscriptions tab, you can also use the Manage subscription drop-down menu for quick actions, such as viewing subscription details, skipping your next order, or pausing or resuming your subsription.
How do I view my past subscription orders?
1. Log in to your customer account, and then click Subscriptions.
2. Click the subscription with past orders that you want to view.
3. Under Past orders, click View.
How do I edit my payment information?
1. Log in to your customer account, and then click Subscriptions.
2. Click the subscription with the payment information that you want to edit.
3. Under Overview, click the pencil icon next to Payment.
4. In the Replace payment method dialog, select a payment method.
5. Optional: If you want to add a new payment method, then click Edit. Under Payment methods, click Add to add a new credit card, debit card, or digital wallet.
6. Then click Save.
How do I edit my shipping address?
- Log in to your customer account, and then click Subscriptions.
- Click the subscription with the shipping address that you want to edit.
- Under Overview, click the pencil icon next to Shipping address.
- In the Edit shipping address dialog, make changes to the shipping address.
- Then click Save.
How do I skip an upcoming order?
- Log into your customer account, and then click Subscriptions.
- Click the subscription that you want to skip.
- Under Upcoming order, click Skip.
- In the Skip next order dialog, click Skip to confirm.
- Optional: You can click Skip again to skip additional upcoming orders.
- You can click X to return to your customer account. A Next order skipped banner displays to confirm your next order has been skipped.
How do I pause my subscription?
- Log in to your customer account, and then clicks Subscriptions.
- Click the subscription that you want to pause.
- Under Overview, click Pause subscription.
- Click Pause subscription to confirm. A Subscription paused banner displays to confirm your subscription is paused.
How do I resume my subscription?
- Log in to your customer account, and then click Subscriptions.
- Click the subscription that you want to resume.
- Under Overview, click Resume subscription.
- In the Resume subscription dialog, click Continue. A Subscription resumed banner displays to confirm your subscription is resumed.
How do I cancel my subscription?
- Log in to your customer account, and then click Subscriptions.
- Click the subscription that you want to cancel.
- Under Overview, click Cancel subscription.
- In the Cancel subscription dialog, click Cancel subscription to confirm. A Subscription canceled banner displays to confirm your subscription is canceled.
What if the item I am subscribed to goes out of stock?
How do discounts work with subscriptions?
Codes that discount subscription price or shipping rates apply to the first payment only. After your first order you cannot apply discounts to future orders.
What if I subscribe to the wrong size item?
Please contact our team here and we will assist you.
How does billing work?
You will be billed at 10 AM PST on the same day every month that you placed your original order for the subscription.
What if I don't have a cpapnation.com account?
In order to view and manage your subscription, you MUST create a cpapnation.com account.
Will you keep me updated about the status of my subscription orders?
Yes! You will receive updates about all of your subscription orders, products, shipping status updates, and more. If you have any additional questions about your subscriptions you can always reach out to us here.
