Prescription Policy

     Non-Prescription Items

  1. Mask Kits: Any CPAP mask item that can be purchased separately and assembled together by the customer. Typically, a mask kit is a mask frame and headgear with multiple SKUs. 
  2. Mask Items: Mask Frames, Cushions, Pillows, Headgear, etc.
  3. Machine Items: Tubing, Filters, Water Chambers, etc.
  4. Travel Items: Travel Cases, Battery Packs, etc.
  5. Comfort Items: Cleaning Machines, Mask liners, Tubing covers, etc.

Prescription Required Items

  1. Assembled Mask Devices: All CPAP masks that come fully assembled. Typically, it is a complete mask system with only one SKU. Please note that although a mask fit pack comes with a variety of sizes, it is also considered a complete mask system.
  2. Oxygen Devices: All stationary or portable oxygen concentrators. 
  3. Machine Devices: All single pressure, bilevel, or auto machines. 
  4. Travel Devices: Any travel machine or humidifer. 
  5. Comfort Devices: Humidifiers
The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) classifies CPAP, Bilevel, Oxygen, Humidifiers, and fully assembled CPAP masks as Class II Medical Devices. These products require a copy of the prescription  to be on file prior to us fulfilling your order. 

If a valid prescription is not provided for any item that requires one, we reserve the right to cancel your order. In cases where a refund cannot be completed (including but not limited to payment processing limitations), a store credit will be issued and kept on file for future use.

Prescription Submission Options

You can easily submit your Rx to us via  emailor fax to (844) 339-2901. Your prescription should list your full name, DOB, your doctor's contact information and signature, as well as list the specific Rx items in your purchase. Once our team has received and verified your prescription, we will process your order.
