    Customers who wish to receive expedited delivery after placing their order, or customers who wish to inquire about expedited delivery prior to placing their order, should contact our Customer Service team at (800) 673-1220. 

    How much does shipping cost?

    • We offer free shipping on all orders over $99. Orders under $99 will be charged a flat rate of $9.99 for standard shipping.
    • Next day delivery is $34.99. Second day delivery is $19.99.

    When will my order be shipped?

    • Orders placed Monday through Friday before 11:00am PST will ship the same day
    • Orders placed Monday through Friday after 11:00am PST will ship the next following business day, except holidays.
    • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship the next open business day. 
    • If any items are not available or on backorder, our customer service team will notify you using the contact information provided in the order.

    You can choose to pay in installments through PayPal Pay or PayPal Credit. Choose PayPal as your payment method during checkout and follow their instructions to setup a payment plan.

    1. Do you have cleaning machine recommendations?

    We recommend the Lumin; it uses UV light to sanitize and kill bacteria in just five minutes. The Lumin is approved for sanitizing any CPAP supplies AND any non-living item that can fit inside the Lumin tray (hospitals are even using to sanitize COVID masks right now)!

    1. Do you have mask brand recommendations?

    We recommend the brands: AirFit, DreamWear and ResMed.

    1. What is your mask warranty information?

    Our mask warranty is 30 days, if purchased through us.

    1. What is your machine warranty information?
      • Our machine warranty is 2 years, if purchased through us.
      • Our cleaning machine warranty is 3 years, if purchased through us.
    1. What is your SoClean and machine warranty?

    For ResMed AirSense 10 units effective May 1st, 2020, if a ResMed customer is no longer able to submit a warranty claim for increased noise due to use with a SoClean device, SoClean will cover the costs of repair. All details regarding this service can be found here: https://www.soclean.com/service.

     

    BILLING THROUGH INSURANCE
