Return Policy

Customers who wish to return an item must contact our Customer Service team at (800) 673-1220 to request a Return Authorization. For sleep therapy orders, we will process the refund or exchange once we have received and inspected the returned product, excluding any shipping or restocking charges. For oxygen machines, we will ship a replacement unit within one business day. 

cpapnation.com will process refunds or exchanges on: 

  • any product with defective materials or workmanship.
  • any product shipped to the customer in error.
  • any product which is no longer available or on backorder. 
  • any unopened product returned within 30 days of the original ship date with a valid Return Authorization.
